Collection of Personal Information
By using this app/webapp, you agree that Lemonwax can collect the following personal information: First name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and car license plate number.

How We Use Your Personal Information
Personal information is used to (1) identify you as a user and (2) identify vehicle for servicing.
Lemonwax reserves the right to send e-mails and sms/text to active and inactive clients with information about special offers and similar information.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Information collected through this app/webapp will not be disclosed to any third party, except for disclosure required for this service’s normal operation.

Your Access to Your Personal Information
You will have access to, and the option of editing, the following personal information: Fist name, last name, e-mail address and phone number.
You will have access to viewing a history of the following information: Information about cars, including license plate number, and order history.

Deleting Your Personal Information
Users of the app/webapp will have access to modifying, and thereby anonymizing, the following personal information: First name, last name, e-mail address and phone number. Lemonwax keeps no logs of prior values for these fields. Users of the app/webapp have no right to the deletion of their order history.

Secure Storage of Information
Lemonwax must secure the safe storage of all the information collected through this app/webapp to ensure no unauthorized access.

Data Storage
Lemonwax stores data on the medias/servers they deem needed for the normal operation of this service, including but not limited to, backups. As of today, this service is run on Microsoft Azure, but Lemonwax retains the right to change this at any time.

Handling of Payment Card Information
This app/webapp use DIBS as a third party provider for handling payment card transactions. By using this app/webapp, the following information will be stored about your payment card: Card number, expiery date and CVC. The information is stored and processed by DIBS’ servers so that (1) your card can be charged and (2) you do not need to enter the card information with each new order.
All card information is stored on DIBS’ servers. Lemonwax have no access to the card information. Lemonwax have access to charging your card.
You can delete your card information through the app/webapp at any point.
You are yourself responsible for the correctness of the card details. You are yourself responsible for any result of theft of payment card, expiry and similar. Lemonwax reserves the right to do a credit check and to stop the service due to lack of payments.
Users of this app/webapp are subject to DIBS’ terms and conditions.
Cookie Policy
This application/website uses cookies. Cookies are used to identify the user after login and to identify the user on recurring visits/application startup. The cookie stored information which identifies the user. The information in the cookie is used solely by the application/website, and is not shared with any third party.
Guarantee for Services Ordered Through This App/Webapp
Lemonwax strives to be one of the leading enterprises in environmental cleaning of car. Our service and quality must be of such a high standard that there are no reasons to choose others. We will reduce the time spent on maintenance for vehicle owners and make cleaning more accessible.
Our product is water based, mixed with plant-derived substances from coconut, corn, soybeans, citrus and a type of silicone and oil mixture used in a variety of housing and hair products. The product contains less than 0.5% preservatives. The product removes dirt and dust without a single scratch - which is remarkable, since water is not used during the cleaning process! It's chemical composition, comprising a hydrophilic (hydrophilic) and a hydrofobdel (water repellent) which together creates the necessary surface tension so that dirt and filth almost "lifted" out of the paint and is absorbed by the micro fiber cloth without leaving scratches.
Lemonwax commits to delivering high quality services. We strive to give the customer a complete and adequate delivery of our services. At Lemonwax customer satisfaction is at all times the center of our delivery.
Car washes can be booked using our app/website minimum 2 in advance. Orders can be placed only in locations where we are present. In shopping centers, we offer only external washing your car. At other locations offered both outside and inside washing the car.
When used our app for ordering your car wash will get a receipt by e-mail.
Modifications of These Terms
Modifications of these terms will be announced on Lemonwax’ website.
Validity
These terms are valid from September 24th 2015.
